To the Ancient Greeks, Thalia was the Muse of  Comedy and Idyllic poetry.  Her icon, the smiling mask, came to be one of the symbols of theatre.

Our Thalia is a performing arts complex opening in Central Square in late fall 2016. Consisting of a 99-seat theatre, a rehearsal hall, and a lounge where patrons can socialize, The Thalia will be home to traditional and experimental theatre, comedy, live music, dance, and so much more.

We are looking for your support and donations. To help nurture Cambridge’s newest venue for live entertainment, please join our email list, or visit our support page for information about our Kickstarter campaign.
